Green Envee was proud to contribute to a refined office refurbishment for Skuld, located in one of London’s most recognisable landmarks—The Gherkin. With a vision of modern sophistication, the design brief called for greenery that would enhance the workspace while subtly reflecting the company’s branding and values.

The client sought to create a workspace that would feel calm, connected, and contemporary. With premium finishes and architectural features already in place, our role was to introduce planting that added texture and warmth without competing with the clean design language. The planting needed to be low-maintenance yet high-impact—perfect for our luxury artificial solutions.

Working in a landmark building like The Gherkin presented logistical challenges—from delivery restrictions to working within tight schedules and established interior schemes. Another key challenge was balancing bold brand identity (Skuld’s signature red) with the neutral interior palette, ensuring the planting felt intentional and integrated. Finally, our greenery needed to align seamlessly with the beautiful timber panels from The Wood Veneer Hub, already part of the scheme.

Green Envee delivered a layered planting scheme across the office that felt both subtle and statement: • End-of-desk planters lined the open-plan space to provide flow and gentle division. • A striking green wall, framed by rich timber panelling and soft light strips, brought biophilic depth to a key area. • A circular planter created a natural centrepiece in the breakout zone, softening the space. • Our new planter range debuted here, filled with a curated mix of premium artificial foliage, including pops of red to mirror Skuld’s brand.
